I am searching for anything on my family, and have reached the brick wall.  Erasmus Sweeny,  married Bridget Hickey. I have info that Erasmus & Bridget married in Ancarty & Donohill parish on 20 june 1813, but I don't know where the info came from, and I can't find a film of that time to verify it. They had at least 4 children baptised in Tipperary parish - Charles 1814, Mary 1817 (mar Patrick Cassidy b 1817 Cappawhite - no marriage record found anywhere), Bridget 1822 & John 1827. I can not find a marriage for Erasmus & Bridget. I have found that Erasmus Swiney & Patrick Swiney were in the religious rolls of 1766, Templenoe parish, & a widow Swiney in Tipperary parish. There are not too many man named Erasmus, so I assume that these 2 are related. There is also a Charles Sweeny, Friarsfield in Griffiths Valuation 1851.

My family seems to have been in the area north-east of Tipperary town in  1750 - 1850 before Mary Sweeny & Patrick Cassidy left for NSW with 2 children in 1852. But I would love to know for certain.
