I'm helping my husband's research his family history. His grandfather James and grandmother Theresa Maloney left Ireland in 1925. He was born 1904 or 1903. I found that the great grandfather might be Patrick Strapp married to Mary. Just want to be sure I'm on the right track. Thanks.

Can you clarify the name of the son of James and Theresa who was born in 1903 or 1904. I still have not found a James Strapp/Theresa Maloney civil marriage index record. Thanks he might have been the younger James. Theresa/Therese Moloney and James Joseph Strappe left Ireland in 1925, Theresa would have been about 16 or 17. This is according to the 1930 USA census.

Also I found a James Strappe on the 1911 Ireland census whose parents were Mary Ellen Ryan and Patrick Strappe. According to the US census be was 5 years older than Theresa. Is there any was to confirm I have the correct people? Thanks so much for your help!
