Drumglass is in the civil registration area of Dungannon. Death registration only started on 1.1.1864 so if Arthur died before that it won?t be registered. Searching 1864 ? 1880, there?s just one death of someone named Arthur Fullan. His death was registered in Dungannon 1865, Vol 6, page 416. Est year of birth 1783. Might be worth ordering that to see where he lived.

Full Abstract :

Letters of Administration of the personal estate of Arthur Fullan late of Dungannon in the Barony of Dungannon and County Tyrone Gentleman a Widower deceased who died 4 May 1865 at same place were granted at Armagh to John Fullan of Lurgabnoy (Dungannon) aforesaid Farmer the Brother and one of the next of kin of said deceased.

So he evidently died intestate. The probate file will have been destroyed in the 1922 fire in Dublin, so all that remains is this abstract (summary). Gentleman means he was financially independent.
