I'm trying to find records eg DOB/DOM etc for my grandparents Simon & Julia Foster who lived in Balleyknocken, Valleymount.

I'd love to do my family tree but not having much luck.

    This is likely the civil birth index record for Simon. You can get a copy from the General Register Office for around 4 euros.

     This may be the 1911 census record for his family. They were stone cutters.

    I could not locate a marriage index record for Simon. The closest was a 1925 marriage in Dublin but none of the possible spouses was named Julia.
