Hi,

I have been researching all of my great grandfather's siblings that were born and raised in Ballingate, Carnew.  I am unable to find any information about the youngest daughter of Charles Murphy (originally from Kildavin, Carlow) and Elizabeth Fitzpatrick (born and raised in Ballingate.)

Ellen (sometimes Eleanor) Murphy was born/baptized 10 May 1869.  I can see this in the Tomacork Parish Register and the Civilian Registration Births Index.

The Civil Registration Marriage Index for Apr-May-Jun 1892 note a wedding between Ellen Murphy and James Keough.

I have followed many false leads trying to find out where the couple ended up but have yet not had any success.

I also not had any luck with DNA matches.

I would appreciate any information that is available.

    Ellen Murphy married James Keogh in Tomacork on May 15th 1892. Both are recorded as 27 years of age.
