Can anyone help, I am trying to find out about a man named Edward Collins.The only Cobh connection is from a newspaper clipping from the Southern Star where it says he was 53 in 1978, his wife died in 1970 after a long illness and he had his four children put in care in a convent in Cobh. Does anyone know of the four children called Collins that were brought up in a convent? Long shot I know.
Mr Collins was also known to Kanturk and in 1978 he was lodging in Youghal.
