Parents John and Jane. Sons emigrated to Ontario, Canada in 1843. Names: Joseph, Meins, Armer (Armour) John. Would like evidence of birth certificates, graves etc. Think they lived in Caledon.

Civil registration for births did not start until 1864. Prior to 1864 the only source would be church baptismal records if . they exist. Roots Ireland only has RC records for Aghaloo parish but the baptisms start in 1846 and marriages in 1826. What was their religious denomination? The 1858 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing shows four Potter records including a John http://www.failteromhat.com/griffiths/tyrone/aghaloo.htm Possibly this could be your ancestor if he was still alive.
