Hi Rodger , it seems i may have things wrong it was John , Fergus's son that went to AUSTRALIA not William as first thought , but i would still like to go back as far as I can , THANK YOU

it seems his son JOHN went to ENGLAND and then his son William to  Australia , ithink that is how i am picking it up , thank you for any information .Regards Gaynor

Was fergus related to Michael madden?  He married Elizabeth Connor and came to America in 1850’s
