Hi, I think my great great grandfather was Maurice Tangney who married Ellen Sullivan in 1816 in Killeentierna Parish and whose son also called Maurice was born in 1825. I also think they had an older son called Patrick born circa 1819 but unfortunately the Parish baptism records appear to be missing from around 1810 until 1823. Is there anywhere that these could be accessed or are they lost altogether? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, John Tangny

I looked at the parish register also and it does appear that the records were lost for the period from 1810-1823. You may want to e-mail the parish office and confirm that the records were lost.

Hi Kaye, Haven't found any connection with New Zealand unfortunately. All my connections are in London which is where my grandfather was born. Haven't managed to trace any Irish births/marriages so far. Good luck with your search.
