Reuniting with living relatives is the icing on the cake when returning diaspora visit the town/village their ancestors came from. This week Clare volunteer Jane Halloran Ryan with the help of local archivist Michael did just that for Debra and Jim visiting from Sydney pictured below with their Keogh cousins!

Jim's uncles Michae & Matthew and his aunt Honorah (Nora)  Keogh left Binvoran, County Clare in 1890 and settled in Sydney Austalia.

Huge thanks to Jane pictured below who has been helping the diaspora find their roots in Ireland for more than a decade, she has helped hundreds right across County Clare. ❤☘🫶 Also pictured are Debra and Jim visiting the burial place of their ancestors.
