DENIS HINCHEY surname has been found spelt about 4 different ways of County Clare Ireland was the eldest of my Hinchey Clan in Australia, he was born about 1804 at Ennis in County Clare. Denis's parents were William Henry Hinchey and Nora A.Cunningham I believe both parents were born in Clare however I have no proof that this is correct. Denis died 19 March 1892. He was a resident of Shark Creek in the Clarence River area of NSW Australia. Denis's children also lived in and around this area.
