George Jordan married Judith Banks in Templeboy church on 26th January 1836. Witnesses were Martin Egan and Barbara Kilpatrick.
There were five children ,Hubert, born 1837,James b 1839 Margaret b 1843, George b 1846, John b 1848, all born in Ireland.
In 1851 they all appear in the Scotland census, living at 122 Saltmarket, Glasgow and George is amazingly described as a Toy Dealer.
George disappears by 1861 census and parts of the family ended up in Liverpool. The men were French polishers.
