Isabelle Tweedy was born I believe in the late 1700's. She married John McLean who was born c1779. In 1823 they sailed in 1823 to New Brunswick, Canada  with their 7 children: Joseph (b. c1801; living in 1881) m. Ann Nutley, John McLean (living in 1830), m. Mary -,  Jane McLean (b. c 1807, d. 27 Dec 1857) m. William Graham; Arthur McLean (b . c1811, c 10 Sep 1979) m. Elizabeth Scott, Robert McLean (b . c1814; living in 1871), Michaeel McLean (b. cc1816;living in 1891)m. Nanch Sherrard, and Margret McLean (b. c1820; lliving in 1891). John petitioned for land in at Williamstown, New Brunswick, Canada  and in 1832 was granted a 220-acre lot.   I believe they came from Carrick-on-Shannon but I am not sure. I do know they were members of the Methodist Church.
