Son of Thomas Finnegan & Bridget Collins. Lived in Williamstown, Galway where most of the Finnegan family came from. There are several buried in that towns graveyard.
Thomas E. Finnegan was my grandfather. My father was Joseph J. Finnegan who married Alice Elmore Wright. Joseph was born in Lynn, Mass in the USA. I was born James W. Finnegan but upon my dads death my mother re-married and I was adopted as James W. Noel. I now live in Pleasanton, CA.
