John JACOB was born in 1856 in County Carlow. He married Elizabeth Anne PIERCE on September 21, 1881 in Painestown, County Carlow. The couple had 13 children. John immigrated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA in 1907 to join his wife who was working as a servant in order to earn money to send for the children. John died at the age of 70 in Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA. I believe he was the son of John JACOB and Elizabeth STEPHENS. He was my great-grandfather.
