My grandfather emigrated to Canada at age 17-18. He lived in various locations mostly in the Province of Ontario and, for most of his time, in Toronto.
He married and had 4 children: Roger, Muriel, Brendan and Lois. Brendan died around age 13
His children produced 7 grandchildren, 5 boys and 2 girls. Grandaugher Margaret Ann has lived in the UK for over 25 years and has made strong connections with our Irish cousins. Grandson John William has lived in the US for more than 25 years. The remaining grandchildren all reside in Ontario.
