When: Tuesday, 10 May, 2016Catherine Lynch was born in Garruragh, Tulla and baptised on 7 January 1861. She was a daughter of Matthew Lynch and Margaret White, local farmers in the area. Matthew Lynch held lands in Garruragh with Catherine Lynch who was listed as a widow and was probably his mother.

When: Friday, 2 January, 2015Liam Mellows (1895-1922) was an Irish Republican and Sinn Fein politician. He was born in England, but grew up in County Wexford. He was involved in nationalist politics from a young age and he was active in the Irish Republican Brotherhood and a Founding member of the Irish Volunteers.
