  • John Frawley is my GG X grandfather, son of James/John and Mary Fitzgerald. He emigrated to Bendigo, Australia 1854 and married Mary Connors 1856.

    I have been unable to find any information on his mother, Mary Fitzgerald. 

    John’s wife Mary Connors was the daughter of Catherine née Hayes and James Connors, married Limerick 1821. I have also been unable to find out any information on James. Was he transported to Botany Bay following the insurrection Limerick 1823. 

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
