My greatgrandparents. John Brien and Mary Timmins did marry 1 july 1878 in St Michans, North Anne Street, Dublin ( see Annex marriagecertifcate)
John was born 23 May and baptised in 27 May 1860 in Booterstown (Annex). His parents were Michael and Anne Brien. They had at least three more children: Mary Ann (born 30 dec 1855), Joseph (1869) and Margaret (1873), all born and baptised in Booterstown (See Annexes).
Michael was a grocery, wine and spirits dealer at 42 Booterstown Avenue. He also run a pub at Booterstown. His wife Anne lived at 31 Booterstown Avenue.
Mary Timmins was born 1860 in Kingstown, parish St Michaels (Annex). At her birthdocument name was spelled as Simmins in stead of Timmins.
Johns younger brother Joseph married Clara Smith in 1902 and had three children, Elsie, Reginald and George Livingstone Brien, all born in England (Annex England census 1911)
I would love to get more information, pictures of the family Brien. Ica not find the oldest child Alice, of John and Mary. She was Born in Dublin between 1878 ans about 1885.
