Good Morning all I have posted on here before, but due to me having a accident with my phone and unable to recover my email account with a lot of information I was given I would like up with Will Mc who's on here as the information he gave me seems I had it wrong and with a lot searching and eliminating I feel he was actually right here's what I now believe that My Grt Grandfather John Mc.Cathy married to Catherine'Brien / O'Brien his parents were I thought John Carthy and Margaret Power, now I believe that they are Michael McCathy/ Carthy and Margaret Murray u hope this is seen by Bill Thanks Allison Marie Walker was McCarthy

    On Roots Ireland, I located a February 25 1827 marriage record for a Michael McCarthy and a Margaret Murry. The RC church was Killeagh in Co. Cork.

    I located baptismal records for three children in Tallow Co. Waterford

    Eleanor September 14 1834

    Patrick March 20 1837

    James April 10 1839.

    They lived in Glenaglough.

    Thankyou see there's no John there's me thinking I had cracked it but I now feel that my Grt Grandfather John Mc.Cathy born 1840/1845 as I was told Curriegh Tallow Waterford but that's not 100% married to Catherine O'Brien I had his parents 1st John McCathy and Margaret Power then Michael McCarthy and Margaret Murray but now I am not sure, it's certainly no easy puzzle this 1 rge Name doesn't help either back to the drawing board as they say if you get me any information on this it would be grt
