Michael Fitzsimmons (1789-1877) was born in County Mayo, Ireland.
He was married to Margaret Mulvey (1792-1878), also from County Mayo.
They settled, died, and were buried at the Irish Settlement in Sartwell, Pennsylvania (see monument photo above).
His parents were Michael Fitzsimmons & Mary McLaughlin (1700's), also of County Mayo.
I would greatly appreciate anyone who can give me any information whatsoever on this branch of Fitzsimmons' in Ireland.
