Migrated to/Born in Australia

The only information I know about Margaret who was my gt gt grandmother, was that she was in a workhouse where she was chosen at the age of 17 to board the ship "The Pemberton" to come to Australia, arriving on 14 May 1849.
She was 17 at the time and was part of Earl Grey's Irish Orphan scheme to live in Australia.
I cannot find who her parents were or what parish she was born in. The only information on the shipping records is that she was 17, could read a little and was from County Tipperary.
She was to work for a Mrs Reid in Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
On 29 December 1850 she married James Winwood an ex-convict, who had his ticket of leave, at the St Francis Church in Melbourne.
Margaret and James had eleven children, George D-Infant, James,Samuel, Sarah Jane, Emily, Mary Ellen, Selina, Henry, Emmanuel, Christina, Susannah.
Margaret gave birth to her last child in 1871 and passed away on 16 September 1975.
