Did Mary have brothers Patrick & Denis? Parents William Tuohy & Ellen Leamy?

Thank you . Unfortunately I don't have any information on her family. She had 6 children here but apart from Patrick none of the children carried any of the  names you mentioned .

If Irish naming was followed her parents would be James and Brigid but that didn't always happen once they left ireland. I have searched baptism records and found that combination but it doesn't prove they are her parents.
She  doesn't appear on any Irish migration records

The first info of her existence is on her Tasmanian Immigration record in 1854 which stated she was from Tipperary. 
I have spent so much time looking, had my dna done but she is a mystery because no close Irish relatives have been identified.
