Migrated to/Born in Australia

Sarah Melampy/Malomby/Malampy/Melanphy travel from Cork in 1841 and arrived in Melbourne 3 October 1841.  She was listed as 16 years, from Tipperary and a Bounty Immigrant.  She may have travelled with a sister Catherine but there is a slight difference in the spelling of their surnames.  All bounties were paid by Mr Jonathan B. Were. Sarah's death certificate was completed by her eldest son and listed her father's name as James and his occupation as that of a pig dealer.  No details of his surname or Sarah's mother's name were provided. Sarah married John Hall from Lancashire and they had 7 children (Richard, Alice, James, Sarah, Margaret, x2, Catherine).  I do not have the name of Sarah's parish.  I have also been told the the surname is an old name and does not exist anymore.
