Back to ListWith help from Dr Ella O'Dwyer (,Bru Boru ) I found my GG grandfather was Thomas Bodley Ballingarry, married to Mary Walsh from Farranrory Tipperary on the 1st Feb 1818 .and their children as follows;

I am pretty sure there was another brother called Patrick Bodley. On the 1901 census Tipperary is given as his birth place . On his RIC record its Tipp/Killkenny. Fathers name on marriage record is Thomas Bodley, occuptation Shopkeeper which is also given on John's .marriage record..
My G grandfather was Richard and Patrick Bodley was a witness at his wedding. .I have connected with the family of Patrick and we are pretty sure we are related but it would be nice to get a birth or baptism record. Also information on my GGgrandfather Thomas and my GGgrandmother Mary Walsh.
In Schools and Teachers in Ballingarry Parish from 1824 there is a record of a Thomas Bodley Farranroy as a teacher, any help on this and his date of death which I think was between 1864 and 1874 would be terrific. I have a fair bit of information about John, Michael Richard and Bridget but would love to hear from anyone who thinks we might be related.
James, John and Patrick were all in the RIC.
