In the early 19th century, the house and demesne of Clover Hill, Clondalkin was recorded in the name of Daniel Kinahan Esq. (Lewis misrecords it as "D. Kinalson, Esq." in 1837).

This Daniel Kinahan Jr. Esq. (1797–1859) of Roebuck, Co Dublin was a barrister who came in to this property by way of marriage in 1825.   On 19 May, 1825 (at St Anne's Church Dublin) he married Louisa Millar of Clover Hill, Clondalkin aka Louisa Anne Stuart (born 1803) eldest daughter of the later John Robert Miller Esq. of Russel Square, Dublin, and niece of the Hon. C. H. Hutchinson Esq.

This couple had 15 children (7 baptised in Clondalkin). By 1836 this family awere residing at Belfield and baptising at Taney Church.

In 1859 Daniel died aged 62 at Seaview Terrace, Donnybrook. Louisa died at Burdett Avenue in 1887.

Located on the northwest boundary of the townland of Ballymanaggin, no trace remains of this building today.
